Most of our behaviours come from unconscious patterns—rooted in old stories, fears, or inherited scripts. These patterns get triggered automatically. They shape how we think, react, avoid, overwork, shut down, or chase.

But with awareness, you don’t have to keep playing out the same loop.

I’m Miker Hook, a behavioural scientist and transformational strategist. I work with thoughtful, high-functioning people who feel misaligned with the life they’ve built. Together, we don’t just talk about change—we create it from the inside out.

This is Me.
A Behavioural scientist. Life Strategist. Human being doing the work—just like you.

My life used to be defined by achievement. I followed the rules. Built a successful career. Did everything that was expected of me. And yet, I still felt stuck, hollow, and misaligned.

That inner tension became my teacher. It showed me that living well isn’t about getting more—it’s about becoming more aware.

Through years of academic training, inner work, and coaching others, I came to understand something simple but powerful:

Awareness creates choice.

When we become aware of the unconscious beliefs driving our behavior, we reclaim the power to make new decisions—even in the face of old triggers.

That’s not just philosophy. It’s a practice. It’s what I teach. And it’s what I live.
